I would expect that newer managers would (should?) visit more often than those of us who are long in the tooth. Maybe because we have more experience (perhaps?) or maybe because we think we know everything already and are too stuck in our ways to try to learn anything new.
I think the challenge will be to attract “more experienced” managers than “newbies”. Tough to do because many of us don’t want to admit, even to ourselves, that we need help in a certain area.
But, the anonymity and convenience of a helpful website should help to combat at least some of that dynamic.
In order to get me to visit once a week (or more), you will need to be continually refreshing and updating the content, blogs, etc. If there is something fresh everytime I show up, then I may come back again. If the content is stale (like many, many websites in the world), then I’ll lose interest because it will appear that you have done so, too.
